After the prospective buyers had another contractor do an inspection, we asked Bruce Michaels of Michaels Electric Company to do one for us. He gave us an evaluation of what was actually NEEDED, as well as his bid on everything the other contractor had SUGGESTED. (The "needs" list was definitely a much shorter list than the other contractor's "suggested" list!) Not only from this experience, but also from several years of knowing Bruce personally, I know him to be a fair and ethical businessman.
