In the slide shows below you will see examples of our work. It is by no means all inclusive, but it will give you an idea of several projects we have done in the recent past. We do a wide variety of work from service calls at your house to new commercial buildouts and everything in between. It might not seem glamorous, and sometimes it is covered up, but it is always important to us that we do our best.

We also work extensively with HVAC Controls. We have recently finished projects with Johnson Controls, Trane, and Carrier. Some examples are the Emergency Room at Erlanger East, Tellico Plains Elementary School, the Coffee County Schools, numerous Projects at Erlanger Health System including Children's 300, New Orthopaedic Surgery Suites and Patient Recovery Rooms, and Lifeforce, as well as the Charter Communications Office in Dalton and Cleveland. We just completed all the HVAC controls for the Historic Miller Building. Former Grandview Medical Center is now Parkridge West Hospital and has new controls.
Parkridge East is currently updating all HVAC controls while Erlanger continues to update their HVAC Controls throughout their campus. We are installing HVAC Controls for TDOT at their brand new multi-building regional complex at Enterprise South to serve as their headquarters for East Tennessee. UTC is completely remodeling the old State Building and we are proud to provide both HVAC controls and electrical work.
